Issues Accessing Site Assets for Users on Telefonica de Argentina
Resolved - The issue is identified to be on the Movistar Telefonica ISP provider side. Provider was contacted and provided following instructions:

"We ask that you instruct your users to contact our customer service team by first leaving a public message, followed by a private one. In the private message, they should specify that they are having an issue with a particular page (yours) so that our technical support team can properly categorize the claim. This will allow us to resolve the issue."

Investigating - Some users in Argentina may be unable to load Website Builder sites or access the editor. This is caused by Telefonica de Argentina blocking a domain used to deliver site assets.

We are working on the situation. As a temporary workaround, affected users may try connecting via a different network or VPN.
