Impact summary:
1204 accounts website hosting service was unreachable for 6 hours.

Root Cause:
Hardware failure, RAID card lost drives.

Resolution and recovery:
To prevent data lost, we took safe approach to keep clients data intact and recover lost virtual drives.

Corrective and Preventative Measures:
We will investigate raid controller versions for possible firmware upgrades in all our servers.
