The issue has been identified and fixed. cPanel and WHM access has been restored on all affected servers and we are currently monitoring the service remains stable

We've spotted that something has gone wrong with cPanel license checker system. We're currently investigating the issue, in contact with cPanel developer, and will provide an update soon.
