Update
Database restoration is underway and progressing as expected. Most databases are being recovered and brought back online. A small number affected by data corruption will be restored from their latest backup, with the impacted customers contacted directly. We'll provide another update shortly.

We've identified the cause of the issue affecting databases. To protect data integrity during recovery, the affected databases have been placed into read-only mode.
While this is in effect, some websites hosted on this server may load slowly, show errors, or be unable to save changes (e.g. new orders, form submissions, or content edits). Existing content remains viewable.
Our engineers are actively working to complete recovery and restore full read/write access as quickly as possible. We'll post another update as soon as there's more to share. Thank you for your patience.
