The ongoing issue affecting Web Hosting, VPS, and CDN services in Singapore and Malaysia is related to damaged undersea cables.

Impact: This situation on rare occasions might cause connectivity issues and increased latency. Users may encounter HTTP 504 errors when accessing CDN-delivered content.

Together with our ISP partners, we are continuously monitoring the situation and performing network engineering to minimize the impact on clients as much as possible
